Canadian Mental Health Associaton - SOS
Our Impact Why We Exist
As a nationwide leader and champion of mental health, CMHA-SOS facilitates access to the resources to maintain and improve mental health and integration, build resilience, and support recovery from mental illness. CMHA achieves this mission through advocacy, education, research and services.
Our Story What We Do
The Canadian Mental Health Association was founded in 1992 to provide services to the South Okanagan Similkameen region.
